If at present your budget won't quite stretch a full auto canon EOS EF lens to Sony E mount body adapter there's always the option to get a full manual one. However if you need something like manual aperture control you might want to avoid the mount adapters that go for around a tenner, as they still won't allow you to manually control the aperture iris built into the canon lenses. 20 to 25 quid will get you a manual only canon EOS lens to E-mount adapter with a built in manual aperture iris and bezel control for it. You'll also be without image stabilizer when using a manual only mount. The most legit place I reckon to get the one pictured above is Amazon, it'll also cost you 8 to 10 quid less then places like eBay. I dig the retro look of it.
