 Vintage lenses. I always had the impression that vintage in this kind of area meant sentimental reasons for artificially inflated prices regardless of the actual quality of optics against more modern options. But as it turns out the PENTACON 2.8/135MM has actual substance rather than just being sentimental hype. Apparently though they were who Carl Zeiss camara glass manufacturers were before they actually became Carl Zeiss.
