Continuing on from the unnatural post, Why crash diets just don't work for a lot of people

Posted by Eksovichea Hak on Saturday, June 26, 2010,

A prime example of this is how when certain people go on a crash diet and they seem to gain more weight despite drastically reducing their food intake. As mentioned before this is because the body figures out that it might be a while before it gets chance to process something for energy, so it then switches into a mode that makes it even more efficient at extracting even more out of what little food your body is being  given for energy to store. You can see how this trait might have been very...

Yeah, but what does it all mean?

Posted by Eksovichea Hak on Friday, June 25, 2010,

I seldom ever have nightmares these days. I think the last time I had anything close to one was during an REM rerun of events that happened in real life as an old metro took off at a sharp corner whilst clipping the curb and bounced off a tunnel wall and finally landed upside down having slid for a good number of yards. The roof was crushed but luckily and possibly even strangely everyone survived, myself included. The smell of gasoline surrounded us with nothing but a strange calm despite ju...

It's unnatural??!

Posted by Eksovichea Hak on Friday, June 25, 2010,

I think I've covered this much more extensively before a couple of times in different contexts. But the themes of what is seen as natural and unnatural cropped up several times over the past few days. In the purest sense nothing that humans do is natural.

Voting for America's best DJ 2010 begins

Posted by Eksovichea Hak on Sunday, June 20, 2010,

Whilst going through the usual rounds of general blog perusal I came across some survey trying to figure out who was America’s best DJ which I thought would be a pretty straight forward enough thing to decide. At least I thought I had a good idea as to who would actually have a decent chance based on what I thought I knew about them and the styles they spun. But then when I saw the list and realized that it wasn’t quite as straight forward as that. The idea was obviously to have one overa...

UPDATE:

I thought I'd drop one more link for some further reading on the topic of the last post. After reading it over I reckon you'll find a far less disjointed flow and approach to it all with all source materials and supporting evidence via linked studies and research to substantiate any sort of assertion being present. Overall the whole thing comes across as being quite impartial and very well informed with an incredible amount of depth to knowledge that's clear, relevant and always on t...

A little more in depth then Frank would ever want to go about brain damage & keeping it to a minimum

I guess there's all sorts of club candies out there but for all those specifically still hung up on biscuit chomping naughtiness amongst the other vast assortments to be had, it might be worth heading on over to www.bluelight.ru. Its an absolute trove of information about those little pills that eventually sent you loopy in trying to recapture the so called magic of the first drop before deciding to knock it on the head as it became a little too messy. However if a potential determined second...
